Please download and read the paper "The Social Power Window: A Restorative Reframing of Leadership and Accountability" This paper introduces a revised framework for understanding how leadership, accountability, support, and power dynamics shape relationships within communities and workspaces.

 

As you read:

• Reflect on the ideas presented about each quadrant of the Social Power Window.

• Take time to thoughtfully answer the reflection questions provided after each section and each scenario.

• Consider not only which quadrant is demonstrated in each scenario, but also what you might be thinking, feeling, and needing in the different roles described.

 

Please bring your reflections, insights, and any questions you have to our in-person workshop. We will use your experiences and thoughts as the foundation for our learning, discussion, and practical application exercises.
